The spray-can installation
A giant Hardcore spray can bursts through a broken floor: an installation visitors could sit on and photograph from one viewpoint to complete the three-dimensional illusion.

Avi Tal / SPINE B7 created this exhibition for an installation art festival in southern Israel. An oversized Hardcore spray can emerges at an angle through apparently broken ground, combining a physical sculpture with illusionistic painting.
Visitors could sit on the can and have their photograph taken from a particular spot. From that viewpoint, the sculpture and painted surroundings align into a single image, making the can appear to burst through the floor. The visitor becomes part of the installation and its illusion.
The additional photographs show the making of the piece: the white can before its painted finish and the construction of the surrounding platform.
